Real life has taken up my time this week so I have had to hit the archives.

Sea Holly is such a beautiful plant, but the long, thin spikes are incredibly sharp!

Something Red

 The theme this week is Something Red.

A small collection of our home grown produce waiting to be eaten - courgette, beans and the first shiny red tomatoes of the year!

August

 The theme this week is August.

This morning I found a beautiful Agapanthus stem lying on the path.  I planted it last summer and it's so very pretty - white flowers with petals tipped in pale blue.

I'm looking forward to seeing the rest of the stems in full bloom very soon.

Lovely Summer

 This week the theme is Lovely Summer.

This is one of my favourite walks near our local beach.  It's a lovely meadow walk packed with wild flowers, and a little bit of cloud to keep us cooler!
