Lovely Summer

 This week the theme is Lovely Summer.

This is one of my favourite walks near our local beach.  It's a lovely meadow walk packed with wild flowers, and a little bit of cloud to keep us cooler!

 Our lawn has been covered in weeds and I managed to pick some pretty Plantain flowers before it was mown!

Moss

This week the challenge is Moss.

This is an Easter wreath I made using dried moss, twigs, feathers and quail eggs.  A little late for Easter but it fits the challenge well!

So Green

 This week the challenge is So Green.

When a very dear family friend passed away recently, her daughter gave me a basket of Lily of the Valley from her mum's garden to remember her by - it was always her favourite flower.  I shall be replanting them soon into a peaceful little corner of the garden where I hope they will flourish.
